At Hvy Dty Gear, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with tags attached
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we're happy to exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at hvydtygear@gmail.com to initiate an exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
